The 2010 NORSK HØSTFEST ENTERTAINMENT SCHEDULE
The 2010 Norsk Høstfest Main Stage Entertainer Line-up is nearly complete. The 2010 line-up is sure to be extremely popular and tickets will go fast. You will be able to purchase tickets online, on site at our offices, or call our offices at 701-852-2368. Tuesday's opening night concert tickets in the Great Hall of the Vikings are for the concert ONLY. Great Hall of the Vikings tickets (Wednesday - Saturday) include all day festival admission AND a reserved seat for the featured entertainer. General Admission tickets (Wednesday - Saturday) allow all day festival entrance, excluding the Great Hall of the Vikings. Tickets go on sale May 17, 2010 at 8:00 AM.

		Alan Jackson Tues., Sept. 28, 7 PM & Wed., Sept 29, 1 PM Alan Jackson was one of the most popular male country singers of the '90s. An heir to the new traditionalist movement of the '80s, Jackson's approach was rooted in classic honky tonk yet remained comfortably within the contemporary mainstream.

	Monroe Crossing Wed, Sept 30 - Sat, Oct 3, 2 shows daily Monroe Crossing was formed in September of 2000, but their history goes back much further. Monroe Crossing actually grew out of three different bands; The Pretty Good Bluegrass Band featuring Art and Mark, Big Skyota featuring Art and Matt and the Deadly Nightshade Family Singers which was home to Lisa and Mark.

	Ringling 5 Wed. - Sat., Sept. 30- Oct. 3, 2 Shows Daily A Ringling 5 - usually nine! - returns to Høstfest to deliver its lighthearted musical look at the 21st century West and ranching life. Not a glossed-over nostalgic picture of yesterday, but a slice of reality from today.

	The Western Senators Wed. - Sat., Sept. 30- Oct. 3, 2 Shows Daily New to Norsk Høstfest, The Western Senators are one of Canada's most famous entertainer bands. Now Norsk Høstfest patrons have the opportunity to enjoy their incredible show!

	Leah Durelle Wed. - Sat., Sept. 30- Oct. 3, 2 Shows Daily Already a seasoned stage veteran at age sixteen, Leah Durelle returns to Hostfest for a 5th year.

	The Korsliens Wed. - Sat., Sept. 30- Oct. 3, 2 Shows Daily This popular local family band has found a niche at Høstfest - right in their hometown!

	Radio Stars Wed, Sept 30 - Sat, Oct 3, 2 shows daily The Radio Stars are Merrill Piepkorn-guitars, harmonica, vocals; Gregg Temple-guitars, including pedal steel, vocals; R.P. Sell-Bass guitar, vocals; Alex Rydell-fiddle, vocals.

	Kathy Bender Wed. - Sat., Sept. 30- Oct. 3, 2 Shows Daily Kathy Bender, vocalist from Killdeer, ND, presents her tribute to singer Patsy Cline.

	Bunad Show Fri. - Sat., Oct 2-3, 1 Show Daily Detailed, intricately made folk costumes native to various areas of Norway are modeled in the Bunad Show.

	Skålmusik Wed. - Sat., Sept. 30- Oct. 3, 2 Shows Daily Founded in 1990, Skålmusik (pronounced Skolmusik) of Brainerd, Minnesota is a five piece ensemble that performs traditional Scandinavian and Scandinavian/American dance and vocal music.

	Parade of Flags Wed. - Sat., Sept. 30- Oct. 3, 2 Shows Daily It’s not unusual to see performers and guests alike with tears in their eyes during the daily Parade of Flags. Especially during periods like these when family members are at war, this patriotic ceremony reminds us of all we hold dear.

	Norsk Høstfest Accordion Club Band Wed. - Sat., Sept. 30- Oct. 3, 2 Shows Daily About 200 accordion players from 20 states and Canadian provinces assemble once a year at Høstfest to perform. Norsk Høstfest has become known for many traditions, one of which is the Accordion Club Band.

	Gordy Lindquist Wed. - Sat., Sept. 30- Oct. 3, 2 Shows Daily A North Dakota college music professor, the witty Gordy Lindquist is known as Crazy Fingers because he plays the piano so fast.
