Festival doors open at 7:30 a.m. every morning with breakfast and hot coffee served in the sidewalk cafes. Free entertainment, activities and shopping run from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

WHEN DO YOU ANNOUNCE YOUR LINEUP?
We work hard to get our lineup together as soon as we can and hope to announce our yearly lineup in January of each year.
WHAT DO TICKETS COST?
It depends on what you want to see and do at the festival. If you want to take in a Great Hall of the Vikings concert, tickets are $100 for platinum, $87 for VIP and $67 for regular seats (fees and tax not included). Great Hall show tickets include FREE general admission to the festival for all-day access during the day of the show. If you just want to attend the festival for the day without a show ticket, general admission costs $40 for adults, $10 for ages 13-17, and kids ages 12 and younger are free.
ARE THERE ANY TICKET FEES?
Yes, there is a mandatory $5 per concert ticket fee that will be added to your order along with taxes. If you want your order mailed, there will be an additional $5.28 per order mailing & handling fee. Online orders also are subject to a $2/ticket online ordering fee.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE TICKET FEES?
Unfortunatly the ticket itself doesn't cover all the fees associated with putting on a concert. So we have to charge additional fees to cover the cost of the event.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS WITH TAX & FEES?
A $100 Great Hall Ticket with tax/fee will be $110.78
A $87 ticket with tax/fee will be $97.07
A $67 ticket with tax/fee will be $75.97
WHAT SEATS DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Nosebleed seats? Not in this arena! We have excellent seats, no matter where you sit! Our concert hall is actually a former hockey arena and we only have 5,000 seats to sell to each show. No matter where you sit, you will have great visibility to the stage. We also put up large screens on both sides of the stage which really make you feel right in the action. Every year, we have people who request sets in the very back row of Section 1A, and those who want the very front row in Sec. 21. No matter your seat, you are bound to enjoy the show. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PLATINUM, VIP AND RESERVED SEATS?
Platinum seating is located in the first 8 rows of the arena for $100. VIP seating is reserved seating that is closer to the stage and cost $87 per seat. Reserved seating is further back and cost $67.
IF I BUY A GREAT HALL TICKET, DO I NEED TO PURCHASE GENERAL ADMISSION?
No you do not. If you buy a Great Hall of the Vikings show ticket, you will receive FREE general admission to the festival for all-day access. Your concert ticket will get you into the festival for the full day (7:30 a.m. to midnight). So come early, bring your appetite and enjoy the show!
IS THERE A DISCOUNT IF I PURCHASE BOTH THE 1 PM AND 7:30 PM SHOW?
As of this time, we are not able to offer a discount on attendance to both shows in the same day.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A GREAT HALL TICKET FOR MY CHILD?
All tickets in the Great Hall are reserved seating. If your child is big enough to sit in a chair, or if you require a chair for other purposes (such as infant's supplies, etc), you will need to purchase a ticket for your child. Otherwise, children 6 and under are more than welcome to attend without a ticket but must sit on a guardian's lap during the duration of the concert. Please keep in mind that strollers are not allowed in the Great Hall of the Vikings.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO WATCH THE SIDE STAGE ENTERTAINMENT?
The free entertainment is at no additional charge when you purchase either a Great Hall concert ticket or general admission.
HOW MUCH IS GENERAL ADMISSION TO THE FESTIVAL? (NO CONCERT)
General Admission to the festival is $40 per day for adults. Kids 12 and younger are free, and teenagers (13-17) are $10. General admission gives you all-day access to everything Høstfest has to offer: free state entertaiment, shopping, dining, Viking fights, and more!

WHERE DO I PARK MY CAR?
Norsk Høstfest is located on the North Dakota State Fair grounds, which has a large parking lot to the East side of the grounds, accessible from County Road 19 (27th St SE). Parking is FREE and complimentary Viking Longship shuttles will take you from the parking lot to the doors of Norsk Høstfest.
WE WOULD LIKE TO STAY CLOSE TO THE FESTIVAL, DO YOU OFFER RV PARKING?
We sure do! For only $25 per night, you can stay on the festival grounds. Norsk Høstfest can accommodate nearly 1,000 RVs at our grounds and offer an RV hospitality center for our campers. WHERE DO I SIGN IN WITH MY RV?

WE CAN'T FIND A HOTEL ROOM - CAN YOU HELP?
Sure we can! Minot has many new hotels built in the last couple of years and Visit Minot has created an amazing database of hotels available during Norsk Høstfest. Simply click here to find a room! Or, you are more than welcome to bring an RV and camp right at the festival for only $25 per night!
CAN I BRING MY DOG TO NORSK HØSTFEST?
Pets traveling with RVers are most welcome, but we ask that you come with a leash and a pooper scooper. It also is a great idea to have your pet wear a collar with identification tags and a emergency contact number during the course of your stay in case your pet gets lost. However, animals are not allowed inside the buildings due to allergies, sensitivities and overall safety of our guests -- and even the saftey of your pet! Service animals are permitted with proof of certification. Service animals are required to be checked in with Norsk Høstfest security before entering the festival and must be on leashes at all times and must be visibly marked as a service animal by wearing a special collar, vest or harness.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY SEAT FOR ANOTHER TICKET?
You may exchange your ticket at Norsk Høstfests ONLY if you are UPGRADING to a higher priced ticket. This can only be done at the Service Desk window. You may switch to another concert as long as the change happens 24 hours in advance of the concert you are not attending.

HELP! I MADE A DUPLICATE ORDER, MAY I GET A REFUND?
Typically, Norsk Høstfest does not allow ticket refunds. However, in the event a refund is allowed due to duplicate orders, a $5 nonrefundable return fee per ticket may be implimented.
I LOST MY TICKETS, CAN I HAVE THEM REPRINTED?
Yes your tickets can be reprinted UNTIL they have been redeemed. Once a ticket has been scanned, it can no longer be reprinted. All reprinted orders are subject to a $5 reprint fee. If the order was placed online, the $2/ticket online fee cannot be refunded.
IS INSURANCE AVAILABLE FOR TICKETS?
