Author Invitation needs 11 x 17 paper to print.
Vendors must have an executed Author Application form with paid booth space fee for participation. Applications will be considered on a juried basis. Notification of acceptance will be mailed/emailed by June 1. If your application is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded.
Rental fee is $100 for each 8-ft table. A check or money order, made payable to Norsk Høstfest Association, or credit card information must accompany the application. An NSF check will constitute automatic cancellation of invitation. Assigned spaces are not transferable and may not be shared. Author may not change space unless authorized by the Nordic Content Coordinator.
SETUP & DISMANTLING
Setup is 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 29. All booths must be set up and ready to begin operation by 9 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 30. Dismantling begins at 8 p.m. after closing Saturday, October 3. Booths cannot tear down before 8 p.m. Saturday. Booths tearing down early will be reported to the Nordic Content Coordinator and may jeopardize future participation.
A point of sales (POS) system will handle all sales, eliminating the need for the perforated tag program used in previous years. Gross sales, less N.D. sales tax, will be subject to a 20% commission. Net sales to the author will be paid. Total tax dollars collected will be paid to the N.D. State Tax Commissioner by Norsk Høstfest.
