    Electrical Needs




    Høstfest charges a flat rate fee by size and amount of equipment you use to operate your booth. Large equipment has a fee of $25 for the entire festival. Small equipment has a fee of $15 for the entire festival. Depending on the amount of equipment and number of outlets you use, you will be charged accordingly

    Liabilities:

    The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and save harmless Norsk Høstfest from or against any loss, damage or liability occasioned by, growing out of or resulting from any act on the part of the Exhibitor, his/her or its agents or employees. The Exhibitor further acknowledges that he is the seller of any food or beverage sold upon the concession premises and that the relationship between the Exhibitor and Norsk Høstfest shall be that of independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between Norsk Høstfest and the Exhibitor. Norsk Høstfest grants to the Exhibitor, and the Exhibitor accepts from Norsk Høstfest, the nonexclusive privelege of maintaining commerce and transactions in the North Dakota State Fair Center at the North Dakota State Fairgrounds. Booth Payments are nonrefundable

    Norsk Høstfest does not take commission of any type from booth sales.

    I agree to open at 12 p.m and remain open until 8 p.m. on Wednesday. I agree to open at 9 a.m. and remain open until 8 p.m. Thursday - Saturday. I will not begin dismantling my booth until 8 p.m. October 1st, 2022

The Concessionaire further acknowledges that he is the seller of any food or beverage sold upon the concession premises and that the relationship between the Concessionaire and Norsk Høstfest shall be that of independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between Norsk Høstfest and the Concessionaire. Norsk Høstfest grants to the Concessionaire, and the Concessionaire accepts from Norsk Høstfest, the nonexclusive privilege of maintaining a foods and/or beverage concesssion in the North Dakota State Fair Center at the North Dakota State Fairgrounds.       Concessionaires located in Reykjavik and Oslo Halls may continue operations until 12:00 am if they so choose.

      Food Concessionaire must have two persons at all times in each food operation who have completed and passed the temporary food safety training conducted
      by the First District Health Unit. Safety training will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, September 27, on the Upper Atrium State Fair Center.

        Norsk Høstfest Association shall be held harmless from and against any and all liabilities, suits, claims, damages, injuries and action, costs and expenses of any kind of nature of anyone whatsoever relating to premises due to or arising out of any act, negligence, or neglect of the Author, any of its employees, members, guests, agents of invitees. The Author is responsible to set up and maintain the display so as no threat or nuisance is made to the public. Booth payments are nonrefundable
