2024 applications are now open!

Below, you can click an application button that pertains to you the most. If you are an artisan looking to be a part of Norsk Høstfest 2024, please reach out to nicki@hostfest.com.

ELIGIBILITY

All items sold must be in the character and spirit of Norsk Høstfest and be representative of the Nordic theme. All work must be handcrafted by the Exhibitor or approved in advance. All other products must meet the Scandinavian theme criteria.

 

ACCEPTANCE

Vendors must have an executed application with paid booth space fee for participation. Applications will be considered on a juried basis. Notification of acceptance will be mailed/emailed by September 1.

 

SALES & TAX

Vendor is responsible for collecting and paying 5.5% North Dakota sales tax. A North Dakota State tax permit number is required. QUALITY

Craftsmanship and related products must be of high quality, have an authentic Scandinavian connection, and be the artist’s own work. Work that falls below quality standards, or work not representative of Scandinavia shall be removed at the discretion of Norsk Høstfest.

 

NORDIC THEME & COSTUME

Exhibitors and workers in the Viking Market booths are encouraged to be in Nordic apparel such as bunads, Nordic sweaters, Viking clothes, etc.

 

APPLICATION PROCESS

Please locate the type of application area you wish to apply above. Please read the invite terms and conditions for your specific area. To apply, please fill out the submittable form in its entirety. If accepted you will be notified and invoiced by Norsk Høstfest.
