Daily Bunad Show & Parade
Bunad Show & Parade Participants
Volunteers and Høstfest guests are invited to model their Bunad (traditional folk costume) or provide Bunads for others to model to promote the festival’s heritage. Folk costumes from all Nordic countries are welcome. Past year’s shows and parades were spectacular with participants ranging throughout four Nordic generations.

Bunad participants will gather by the restrooms in Oslo Hall at 10:45 a.m. each day they want to participate in the Bunad Parade. The parade will take place throughout the NORSK HØSTFEST festival halls.
All Bunad models have the option of using a dressing room above the restrooms in the SE corner of Oslo Hall. Follow the signs to the dressing room. The parade will start at 11 a.m. and end back in Oslo Hall with the Bunad Show starting at 11:30 a.m.
Interested in participating? You can sign up using Volunteer Local where you will be asked a number of questions about your bunad and your families heritage. Click here to sign up.
