Norsk Høstfest is at the North Dakota State Fairgrounds

Norsk Høstfest only utilizes some parking lots at the North Dakota State Fairgrounds. Follow this link for directions, or refer to the map below.
Let Others Do the Driving
- Minot City Transit will be providing all day bus tickets for $5. Bus departs the arena at the top of each hour starting at 8 am. Buses stop running at 10 PM. For a list of locations and times, click here.
- App-based ride services such as Lyft (recommended) and Uber are another great option to get to the Norsk Høstfest

Parking
Parking is FREE. You can leave your vehicle there over-night, but must be picked up prior to 8 am the next morning. Norsk Høstfest is located on the North Dakota State Fairgrounds, which has a large parking lot to the East side of the grounds, accessible from County Road 19 (27th St SE). Parking includes shuttles that will take you from the parking lot to the doors of Norsk Høstfest. To see our official parking map, click here.
Parking Lot Shuttles
- There will be shuttles roaming the parking lots providing patrons free rides to the entrance of the festival.
- Shuttles are operated by area organizations and volunteers. Be sure to thank the volunteer for transporting you safely.

Accessibility
Handicap Accessibility
- Handicapped accessible parking is available on the East side of the State Fair Center building. Enter in Gate B, the Handicapped/VIP parking lot and be prepared to present your pass.
- An elevator is available on the east side of Chester Avenue Level 1 to allow Høstfest guests access to the Great Hall of the Vikings and Skien Mezzanine on Level 2.
- Limited accessibility seating is available in the Great Hall. For more information, please contact the Norsk Høstfest office at 701-858-2368.
- Wheelchairs are allowed at the venue.
- Wheelchairs are available for rental inside the festival entrance.
- A coat room hosted by the Golden Kiwanis of Minot is available inside the main entrance to Millennium Hall.
- Animals are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

Enjoy a full day of music, dance, crafts, and Nordic flavors — kids 16 and under get in free!
Youth Tickets
Youth 16 and under enjoy free festival admission – no ticket required! Please note: This offer applies to festival entry only and does not include concerts. Anyone 16 or under who wishes to attend a concert must purchase a $45 festival admission ticket plus a concert ticket. Most concert tickets are $15, for a total of $60 (festival + concert), note for Little Texas, which is $65 total.
All-Day Festival Pass
An all-day pass to the Norsk Høstfest in Minot, ND gives you access to traditional music, dance, crafts, and local cuisine that celebrate Nordic heritage. Enjoy free live music on stages throughout the festival, explore artisan markets, and experience a lively cultural gathering that brings the community together to honor Scandinavian traditions.
