Norsk Høstfest Announces Million Dollar Quartet: a Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation Production

Minot, N.D. – Norsk Høstfest is excited to announce Million Dollar Quartet in partnership with the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation.

This will be the first appearance of Million Dollar Quartet at the festival. Enjoy this afternoon performance on Wednesday, September 27, at 1PM and evening performance at 7PM. The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) is a public non-profit organization that was formed in 1986 by a multi-million-dollar gift from Harold Schafer and his family—most famously known as the founders of the Gold Seal Company, the maker of Mr. Bubble, Glass Wax, and other nationally known household products.

For over 50 years Medora has been a premier summer vacation destination featuring the Medora Musical, Bully Pulpit Golf Course, and more. Producing Million Dollar Quartet for a fall residency is part of their year-round entertainment programming.

 About Million Dollar Quartet
The Tony® Award-nominated musical MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET is set on December 4, 1956, when an extraordinary twist of fate brought Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Elvis Presley together at Sun Records in Memphis for what would be one of the greatest jam sessions ever. MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET brings that legendary December night to life with an irresistible tale of broken promises, secrets, betrayal and celebrations that are both poignant and funny.

Relive the era with the smash-hit sensation featuring an incredible score of rock ‘n’ roll, gospel, R&B and country hits, performed live onstage by world-class actors and musicians. Showcased hit songs include “Blue Suede Shoes,” “Fever,” “Walk the Line,” “Sixteen Tons,” “Who Do You Love?,” “Great Balls of Fire,” “Folsom Prison Blues,” “Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On,” “Hound Dog,” and more. A Medora production, proudly presented in partnership with the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation. Million Dollar Quartet will also be playing live at the Old Town Hall Theater in Medora September 14 through October 29.
