Høstfest 2024 is September 25-28. Volunteers can begin signing up for their desired shifts Friday, May 17, 2024

There are several areas that volunteers are needed, including:

Chairperson:

Chairs help make Norsk Høstfest a fantastic experience for our volunteers and attendees alike. These lead roles occur over the entire festival (with some prep work prior) to ensure that specific areas run smoothly and efficiently. Chairs serve as liaisons between volunteers and festival staff. To learn about the various positions available, please contact Teresa Loftesnes, Volunteering Coordinator.

General Høstfest support:

Hundreds of volunteers are needed to help with setup and takedown, decorating, assisting with Scandi Kitchen tasks, welcoming visitors, scanning and selling tickets, selling Høstfest merchandise, and, of course, to scooping delicious hard ice cream.

Construction:

We are looking for people who are handy with tools! The “Tool Box Crew” is needed before the festival during setup (usually the week before) and during move-out (Saturday night/Sunday and Monday after the festival) to help take down display pieces.

And many more! We have hundreds of areas in which you can volunteer, from decorating to serving food to welcoming guests! Check out the application and merely select what interests you! Thank you for your help!
