We’re back with two more amazing reasons to attend the 44th annual Norsk Høstfest! This time we are featuring some exciting games that will be fun for all ages. Read on to learn more and embrace the FUN.

Are you up for an adventure? Immerse your friends and family in an interactive mission with the Troll Storybook Seek ‘n’ Find Game. The game takes Høstfest goers on a journey searching for large 3D printed trolls adorned with QR codes and hidden throughout the festival. Scan the QR codes to unlock a whimsical story learn fun facts about Scandinavia. Ope – the best part – complete the mission and you will be entered to win a grand prize! Well, what are you waiting for!? Go SEEK ‘N’ FIND those TROLLS!

Players can pick up a passport book OR download our web app to use clues to seek and find the trolls, while collecting stamps and learning interesting facts about Scandinavian culture along the way. Max Patzner is the creator of this fun, interactive game for the whole family!

Visit Williston Games & More for a unique gaming experience. At the festival, they’ll be showcasing the popular Danish pub game, Klask. It is a fast-paced table-top version of air hockey that uses magnets and a small round ball. Join in the fun and challenge your friends and family to a thrilling game of Klask. The game only takes about 60 seconds to learn and 5 minutes to play a game.

In addition to their most popular game of Klask, they will have other board games and game demos that are sure to entertain both kids and adults alike. Some of them include Spot It, Catan, Ticket to Ride, and Pokémon.

Williston Game & More is owned by Robert & Schatzi Trones. Schatzi attended the Hostfest for the first 17 out of 18 years of her life and loved going every year. Her husband is just under 75% Norwegian, and she is also part Norwegian herself. What makes this business unique is that they focus on face-to-face time together rather than the use of electronics.
